Civil Engineering Positions:

Key Duties and Responsibilities Include:
Participating on a project team to develop construction plans and specification document sets for commercial and residential land development. Design elements include private grading, utilities and drainage plan preparation, public improvement plan preparation and Master Plan layout and plan preparation for trunk infrastructure. Other duties include verifying construction progress conformance by field observation, working with architects and developers for preliminary site assessments and design, and entitlements.

Expertise Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 3 years minimum experience.
  • Professional Engineer Registration preferred.
  • A self-starter with experience in residential and/or commercial Land Development.
  • Fluent in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Demonstrated understanding of municipal land development criteria and procedures preferred.

Drafting CADD Technician Position:

Key Duties and Responsibilities Include:

Ability to perform work with Civil 3D CAD software. School CAD work (CNM/ITT etc) will be considered. Responsibility for all assisted C3D job/duties by supervisor. Responsible for all assigned C3D drafting jobs/duties as assigned by supervisor. Ability to read & comprehend Engineering drawings, Architectural plans & Survey maps. Meet project/production hours & requirements. Ability to draft Site Plans, Topographic surveys, Plats, Construction Drawings, Boundary Surveys, & other miscellaneous drafting duties. Ability to work at a computer terminal for 2-hour increments with breaks. Construction layout abilities a plus. Some administrative work may be required as assigned.

Expertise Required:

  • Civil 3D: 4 year (Preferred)
  • Drafting: 4 year (Preferred)
  • AutoCAD: 4 year (Required)
